This team is bringing new and exciting projects to the Office of the Comptroller to improve our business processes and to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance the support provided from the Office of the Comptroller.
We offer training and customer support to more than 150 Commonwealth agencies on the statewide accounting, labor cost management, HR, and information warehouse systems.
Our Solution Desk provides technical assistance and support to users of these state systems, vendors, and the general public. This vital support consists of developing strategic goals, training, customer service, and relationship management.
