Employees with Enterprise System Security Roles Must Be Able to Access CTR Intranet, PowerDMS
Access to the CTR Intranet requires MAGNet or Commonwealth-issued VPN. Internal Control Officers (ICOs), Chief Fiscal Officers (CFOs), and Department Security Officers (DSOs) are responsible for ensuring that all employees with enterprise system security roles can access and actively use materials available on the CTR Intranet and in PowerDMS as part of their daily work.
ACTION ITEMS:
- ICOs, CFO and DSOs need to work together to ensure all Mosaic users have access to the CTR Intranet and PowerDMS.
- Users who experience difficulty accessing the CTR Intranet through MAGNet or a Commonwealth-issued VPN should contact the CTR Solution Desk.
Your Internal Control Officer (ICO) should review your written system of internal controls to ensure it is current and supports these training compliance goals. Your ICO can also help verify that the department head is accurately certifying compliance in the annual Internal Control Certification.
