FY2022-17A: Expiration of OFF46 March 20, 2022, Prospective Overnight and Express Mail Services
After the expiration of Statewide contract OFF46 on March 20, United Parcel Service (UPS) no longer participates in Statewide Contract OFF46. Agencies may continue to do business with UPS, but with the new object code, E06. The object code formerly used for UPS, JJ2, will be used only for for auxiliary services with an underlying department or state contract.
