BEST Program Time & Attendance / Workforce Management Team Lead
The BEST Time & Attendance / Workforce Management Team Lead will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required to support the implementation of the time & attendance and Workforce Management functions of the new solution during Phase 2 of the project. Phase 2 will replace the Commonwealth’s existing compensation management and payroll system (HR/CMS) with the new cloud solution HR and Payroll modules. The business components within the HR/Payroll suite include payroll accounting, time and attendance and workforce management, labor relations, absence and leave management, benefits and performance management, learning management, personnel administration and talent acquisition and on-boarding, each of which will be led by a Team Lead.

BEST Program Payroll Functional Lead
The BEST Payroll Functional Lead will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required to support the implementation of the Payroll module of the new solution during Phase 2 of the project. Phase 2 will replace the Commonwealth’s existing compensation management and payroll system (HR/CMS) with the new cloud solution HR and Payroll modules. The business components within the HR/Payroll suite include payroll accounting, time and attendance and workforce management, labor relations, absence and leave management, benefits and performance management, learning management, personnel administration and talent acquisition and on-boarding, each of which will be led by a Team Lead. The Payroll Lead will manage the work of the following teams, each headed by a team Lead: payroll accounting, time and attendance and workforce management, and labor relations/Collective Bargaining.

BEST Program Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team Lead
This role will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and will design tasks required to support the procurement and implementation of the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding modules of the new solution. This Phase of the BEST Program will replace the Commonwealth’s human resources and payroll system (HR/CMS) and will include replacement of the Commonwealth’s existing talent acquisition solution (MassCareers), which is managed by the Human Resources Division for Executive Branch agencies and certain other non-executive agencies. Other business components within the HCM/Payroll suite include payroll accounting, time and attendance, workforce management, labor relations, absence and leave management, benefits, performance management, learning management, and personnel administration, each of which will be led by a Team Lead.

This role will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and will design tasks required to support the procurement and implementation of the Personnel Administration modules of the new solution. This Phase will replace the Commonwealth’s existing compensation management and payroll system (HR/CMS) with the new cloud solution Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll modules. The business components within the HCM/Payroll suite include payroll accounting, time and attendance and workforce management, labor relations, absence and leave management, benefits and performance management, learning management, personnel administration and talent acquisition and on boarding, each of which will be led by a Team Lead.
