CTR Solution Desk is open for business
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Governor’s social distancing requirements CTR’s Solution Desk rapidly developed capacity to provide remote business services. During these uncertain times, we remain committed to providing guidance and assistance to our customers.
Since March 16, the Solution Desk has remained open for business, continuing to support our key stakeholders by managing questions and tickets from state agencies, vendors, employees, and the general public. The Solution Desk provides responses to a wide range of user inquires related to the statewide accounting system, contracts, federal grants, payments and payees, and labor cost management.

The Solution Desk phone line is open and active. All live calls are routed through voicemail, which are being forwarded to the Solution Desk email box, firstname.lastname@example.org. During this time, we recommend using email as the primary means of contact: email@example.com. A Solution Desk analyst will return all inquiries promptly.
