The CTR is Hiring! Solution Desk Analyst
The Office of the Comptroller is seeking a dynamic professional for a full-time position as an EDP Systems Analyst I, functioning as a Solution Desk Analyst.
The Solution Desk Analyst position is located within the Innovation and Support Team and works under the direction and supervision of the Customer Success Manager. The Solution Desk Analyst will work independently and with other team members to provide support to users of Commonwealth Enterprise Systems, vendors and the public in a courteous and professional manner. Under the supervision of the Solution Desk Manager, the Solution Desk Analyst will provide guidance and solutions to support efficient Commonwealth fiscal operations and compliance with State Finance Law.
This position offers the unique opportunity to participate in a wide variety of Comptroller functions. The Solution Desk Analyst will be trained by CTR staff, and must have the ability to retain an in depth understanding of all Comptroller policies and procedures, as well as efficiently research a variety of issues related to compliance.
