Webinar invitation for Non-Executive Branch agencies: Learn about DocuSign
In February, the Office of the Comptroller (CTR) will make DocuSign available to all Non-Executive agencies for the submission, acceptance, and transmission of Form W-9s and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Forms. We invite all Non-Executive Branch MMARS users to a DocuSign introductory webinar, where CTR will demonstrate this exciting new technology.

The informational session will discuss:
Features and benefits of DocuSign
Security safeguards and encryption standards
Additionally, the webinar will discuss the business process for Form W-9s and EFT from every step of the way, including defining roles for vendor, department, and Office of the Comptroller. CTR will also walk you through procedures and discuss system requirements to access our DocuSign portal, and direct you to resources to help you navigate DocuSign for W-9s and EFTs.
