UPDATE: DocuSign login issue resolved
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Please disregard the below information.
The procedure to log into DocuSign, or to access a DocuSign PowerForm, has changed for users with a mass.gov email address. Please follow this job aid or the following steps when accessing DocuSign:
- Log in at https://www.docusign.com/login
- Enter your email address and select “Next”.
- In the dialog that appears, select “Use Other Login Options”. Do not select “Use company login.”
- In the dialog that appears, enter your password.
- You should be successfully logged in and at the DocuSign eSignature home page.
