BEST Performance Management Team Lead
This role will provide leadership, facilitation, analysis in support of the design, build, deployment and implementation of the Performance Management module of the new Enterprise Solution. This Phase of the BEST Program will support the design, development and deployment of an enhanced, and for some entities introducing new functionality, in a Commonwealth Performance Management solution.
The role of the Performance Management Lead will be to coordinate the activities of the members of the BEST PMO, system integration and product vendor staff, and agency staff to produce a comprehensive and cohesive set of business practices and configured software to support all Performance Management activities using the new ERP software.

BEST Learning Management Team Lead
This role will provide leadership, facilitation, analysis and will design tasks required to support the procurement and implementation of the Learning Management module of the new Enterprise Solution. This Phase of the BEST Program will support the design, development and deployment of an enhanced (and for some entities new) Commonwealth Learning Management solution. It is expected this solution will support the Commonwealth and its agencies/organizations in developing and executing learning strategies, designing and delivering training programs for a diverse set of employees and positions, assessing learning and development needs, and tracking learning effectiveness for both on the individual and aggregate.

The BEST Program HR Generalist Business Analyst will possess a strong business acumen, a well developed analytical and critical thinking, technical writing skills, and be an excellent facilitator and communicator with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff.
The BEST Program HR Generalist Business Analyst will report to the BEST HCM Lead and provide the facilitation and analysis required to support the HCM & Payroll teams with relevant enterprise-wide information as related to the specific business functions being implemented in the new ERP solution
