NOW AVAILABLE: Updated Vendor/Customer File and Form W-9 Policy

Effective Monday, December 22, 2025, the Office of the Comptroller has issued an updated Vendor/Customer File and Form W-9 Policy. This update streamlines the policy by removing duplicative language, removing information found in other policies, and by re-organizing and condensing information. 

The policy has been substantially shortened to 7 pages from the current 15.
