Cost of Living Increases, Retro Payments will be processed simultaneously; paychecks issued with a check date of Friday, December 22
Due to the Legislature’s recent enactment and Governor’s signature of the Closeout Supplemental Budget for Fiscal Year 2023, the Office of the Comptroller will process COLAs and Retro payments on the pay period with end date of December 16, with a check date of Friday, December 22.
Retroactive payments for any additional percentage step increases above the 4% salary increases will be processed in January 2024.
Reports schedule
COLA & Retro payments reports will be available on MobiusView, the CIW, and the U.S. Payroll WorkCenter within HR/CMS on the following schedule:
Thursday, December 7
7:00am – COLA Predictive available
12:00pm – Retro Standard Pay available
Friday, December 8
12:00pm – Retro Special Predictive available
6:00pm – COLA Production Insert
Saturday, December 9
12:00pm – Retro Special Predictive available
Sunday, December 10
