Coming Soon: Electronic Submission of the Prior Appropriation Continued (PAC) Request Form through DocuSign

Beginning on Friday, July 1, the Office of the Comptroller will accept the Prior Appropriation Continued (PAC) Request Form electronically, through DocuSign. 

The Office of the Comptroller has employed DocuSign for departments to complete and submit forms more efficiently and more quickly.  

Please note: DocuSign is now the only method of transmitting the PAC Request Form. The traditional paper form will no longer be available.

Demo session 

CTR will hold demo sessions for electronic submission of the PAC Request Form on: 

Friday, July 1 at 10:00-11:00 A.M. 

Friday, July 8 from 1:00-2:00 P.M.
