COMING SOON: Federal Grants Forms available for submission in DocuSign 

Within the next month, the Office of the Comptroller will be making certain Federal Grants forms available for completion and submission via DocuSign.

The following forms will be made available for submission via DocuSign:

• Federal Grants Manual Draw Request Form
• Federal Grant Setup Form

• Cash Deposit Input (CD) Form

Department users will not need a DocuSign account to complete and submit these forms.

A job aid and more details will be published on the CTR Intranet Electronic Signatures page and in future issues of the CTR Weekly Update.

The Office of the Comptroller has successfully adopted DocuSign to improve processing time, efficiency, and security around many state finance forms.
