COMING SOON: Mosaic and State Finance SharePoint replacing PowerDMS
Beginning on November 9, the Mosaic and State Finance SharePoint will replace PowerDMS as the Office of the Comptroller’s home for job aids, training materials, and other resource documents formerly housed on PowerDMS. Until November 9, PowerDMS will continue to be the official home for these documents.
CTR policies will continue to be accessed at macomptroller.org/policies; however, links to the individual policies will change.
All Mosaic users, HR/CMS Core Users, and statewide key contacts personnel should already have access to the SharePoint, which is now available for previews at https://massgov.sharepoint.com/sites/CTR-MosaicResourceLibrary/.
Users who do not fit into one of those categories and need access should submit a ticket to the CTR Solution Desk.
About the Mosaic and State Finance SharePoint
The Mosaic and State Finance SharePoint will provide a familiar feel for users of other SharePoint sites like the HR/CMS Knowledge Center and the CIW SharePoint, as well as the CTR Intranet.
At launch, users will find:

- Mosaic status issues and weekend availability
- CTR Weekly Update
- Negative Draw Prevention Report
