Coming Soon: Updated Contractor Authorized Signatory List (CASL) Policy
Effective Monday, June 9, 2025, the Office of the Comptroller and the Operational Services Division will jointly issue an updated Contractor Authorized Signatory List (CASL) Policy.
This update better organizes and clarifies the requirements in the policy, as well as makes mechanical updates to current citations and resources. Additionally, the policy has been substantially shortened. The Office of the Comptroller believes that this more user-friendly reference document will make it easier for departments to comply with requirements in this area.
The policy, and any future update, is available on PowerDMS [login required] under the Contracts > Policies folder, and is publicly available at macomptroller.org/policies.
