CTR Seeks Transparency Software
CTR seeks information regarding software that would build the next generation of our open records (transparency) platform, CTHRU. CTHRU publishes data and allows the public to search and interact with data pertaining to the Commonwealth’s financial, payroll and recruiting information, pensions, settlements and judgments, revenue, and stabilization funding records. A solution would yield cloud-based software, published on a website, that simplifies the ability to publish data sets maintained by CTR, while maximizing the user experience and easing access to information.
Interested vendors must submit information through COMMBUYS by February 5, 2021.
