DocuSign Tip of the Month: Attachments
Are you trying to attach a file to a DocuSign envelope? If the envelope contains an attachment field (paperclip icon), you can attach up to 20 files.
Please note: the attachment cannot exceed 5MB and/or 2,000 pages.
DocuSign supports the following file types:
DOCUMENT: .doc, .docm, .docx, .dot, .dotm, .dotx, .htm, .html, .msg, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, .wpd, .xps
IMAGE: .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tif, .tiff
PRESENTATION: .pot, .potx, .pps, .ppt, .pptm, .pptx
SPREADSHEET: .csv, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsx
