Fiscal Year Memo 2026-13: Approved Fiscal Year 2026 Fringe Benefit and Payroll Tax Rates
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has approved the fringe benefit rate of 35.60% for general employees and 50.83% for uniformed employees and a payroll tax rate of 2.21%.
