The Fiscal Year 2022 fringe benefit proposal has been calculated at 37.53% for general employees and 48.75% for uniformed employees of regular compensation.
The Fiscal year 2022 employer payroll tax rate has been calculated at 1.97% of gross compensation for regular and contractual employees.
These fringe and payroll tax proposals have been submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for approval.
