Fiscal Year Memo FY2024-08: Approved Fiscal Year 2024 Fringe Benefit and Payroll Tax Rates
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has approved the fringe benefit rate of 43.20% for general employees and 61.24% for uniformed employees and a payroll tax rate of 2.11%.
