Forms W-2 are now available online!
Forms W-2 are now available in HR/CMS Employee Self-Service to all employees that consented to have their Forms W-2 suppressed. Employees should have received a system generated email last Friday containing instructions on how to access the Forms W-2. Instructions to access Forms W-2 in HR/CMS are also available in the Announcements section within Employee Self-Service.
Paper Forms W-2 will be printed and mailed by January 31 to employees that did not consent to have their Forms W-2 suppressed.
Employees still have time to consent to suppress their Forms 1095-C.
Some of the benefits of suppression are:
- Early delivery of your Forms W-2 and 1095-C
- No possibility of your tax forms getting lost or stolen
- Format allows you to “cut and paste” the included information into most tax preparation software
