HR/CMS Upgrade available March 15, 2026

We are pleased to announce that HR/CMS is scheduled for an upgrade with a go-live date on March 15^th.

Enhancements for Core Users

Core Users will notice an improved look and feel.
Several new search features will be introduced to improve usability.

Enhancements for Employees

Employees will notice an improved look and feel.
The Save For Later button on Timesheet will be removed. Employees will enter their time and select Submit.

Important Dates

HR/CMS will be unavailable on Friday, March 13, after 2:00pm to facilitate the upgrade process.

Action Item Once Upgraded

It is highly recommended to clear your browser cache before logging into HR/CMS and Employee Self-Service. Go to https://www.mass.gov/guides/clear-your-browser-cache for instructions.
