Logging into Mosaic
You will not need a separate UAID to log into Mosaic; in most cases what you use to log into your computer will work.
Mosaic is entirely browser-based. Directions on how to access Mosaic will be made available at go-live.
The Office of the Comptroller is working directly with Department Security Offices to convert users from MMARS to Mosaic, assign business and security roles, and enable single-sign on (SSO). Some users who do not yet have an Azure account may be contacted to complete multi-factor authentication setup as part of this update.
Action Step
Stay current by reviewing the Mosaic Resource Library [MAGNet or Commonwealth-issued VPN required] and Mosaic Monday emails. Check back often for new content. If you are unable to view the Mosaic Resource Library or don’t receive Mosaic Monday emails, please contact the CTR Solution Desk.
