NEW PROCEDURE: Requests for Secure Application Access (Enterprise Systems Access requests) through EOTSS ServiceNow
EOTSS has replaced its InTempo application with a new EOTSS ServiceNow catalog item called “Secure Application Request”.
Effective immediately, Department Security Officers seeking enterprise system access for a department employee must submit that request using the EOTSS ServiceNow application.
PLEASE NOTE: The EOTSS ServiceNow application is a separate instance from CTR’s ServiceNow application, requiring a separate login and password.
The EOTSS ServiceNow catalog item will be used to add, modify, or remove employee access to enterprise systems, including MMARS, HR/CMS, MAGIC, MobiusView, and the Commonwealth Information Warehouse (CIW).
This procedure replaces the System Access Request Form which was implemented after the failure of the InTempo application in August. Please use the ServiceNow process going forward. Any questions related to this process should be directed to EOTSS at [email protected].
