NOTICE: Department Security Officer (DSO) Confirmation of User List for Initial Conversion to Mosaic Due Friday, December 19
Department Security Officers (DSOs) have received an email with instructions to confirm the list of active MMARS users scheduled for conversion to Mosaic. All active MMARS users will be converted to Mosaic with security roles that most closely match their current assigned security roles.
This initial conversion listing is the first of several opportunities for DSOs to confirm which MMARS users will have access to Mosaic at Go-Live.
User lists finalized as of close of business Friday, December 19 will be used for the initial December Mosaic conversion. After the conversion is complete, DSOs will have additional opportunities to adjust user access including adding new Mosaic users and removing or adjusting access for users who terminate, retire, or transfer.
Action Steps
- DSOs will review the active MMARS User Listing shared via a SharePoint folder.
- DSOs will confirm users for conversion by updating the SharePoint listing and identifying users who have retired, terminated, or transferred.
- If time is limited, DSOs will focus on identifying users who should not be converted.
