NOW AVAILABLE: Submission of the External Cash Receipt Table Form through DocuSign

Effective Monday, October 17, 2022, the External Cash Receipt Table Form (ECRT) will be accepted exclusively through DocuSign.

The External Cash Receipt Table Form is used by lockbox and eRev implementations to enable system generated Cash Receipt (CR) transactions in the nightly MMARS cycle.

The Office of the Comptroller has employed DocuSign for departments to complete and submit forms more efficiently, quickly, and securely.

Departments can access the PowerForm for the External Cash Receipt Table Form on the CTR Intranet Electronic Signatures page [MAGNet or VPN required].
