NOW AVAILABLE: Updated Amendments, Suspensions, and Terminations Policy
Effective Monday, October 5, 2026, the Office of the Comptroller (CTR) and the Operational Services Division (OSD) have released an updated Amendments, Suspensions, and Terminations Policy. The updated policy has been reduced from 63 pages to 20.
Updates to the policy include:
- Condensed content: Redundant language in other statewide policies has been replaced with direct references and links to the applicable resources.
- Updated processes and resources: The policy now reflects current statewide processes and practices, including updated contact information, links, and procedural details.
- Improved organization and readability: Sections have been reorganized and rewritten to make the policy easier to navigate, understand, and use.
The updated policy will remain at the same URL, and will remain publicly available at https://www.macomptroller.org/policies/.
