Settlement and Judgment Form now available for completion and submission through DocuSign
All departments can now use DocuSign to submit the Non-Tort Settlement and Judgment Form electronically.

The Office of the Comptroller has employed DocuSign for departments to complete and submit forms more efficiently, quickly, and securely. The following resources are available for departments seeking to use DocuSign for the Settlement and Judgment Form:
