Standard Contract Form updated as of February 23, 2026
Effective TODAY, February 23, 2026, an updated version of the Standard Contract Form is available and should be used for all new contracts and amendments.
The form is available in Fillable PDF format at macomptroller.org/forms and mass.gov/lists/osd-forms, and as a DocuSign PowerForm at intranet.macomptroller.org/electronic-signatures/ [MAGNet or Commonwealth-issued VPN required].This update reflects a purely administrative change, changing references from “MMARS” to “Mosaic”.
Departments should use their best judgment during transition between use of the old forms or the new forms. After today, departments are required to use the new version of the Standard Contract Form.
