NOW AVAILABLE: Updated Contractor Authorized Signatory List (CASL) Policy
Effective Monday, June 9, 2025, the Office of the Comptroller and the Operational Services Division have jointly issued an updated Contractor Authorized Signatory List (CASL) Policy.
This update better organizes and clarifies the requirements in the policy, as well as makes mechanical updates to current citations and resources. Additionally, the policy has been substantially shortened. The Office of the Comptroller believes that this more user-friendly reference document will make it easier for departments to comply with requirements in this area.
The policy, and any future update, is available on PowerDMS [login required] under the Contracts > Policies folder, and is publicly available at macomptroller.org/policies.
Additionally, the Contractor Authorized Signatory List Form for Contractors – Signature for Corporation (C or S), Partnership, Trust/Estate ,Limited Liability Company, State and Local Government Entity has been updated. A fillable PDF form and a DocuSign PowerForm [MAGNet or Commonwealth-issued VPN required] are now available.
The Contractor Authorized Signatory List Form for Sole Proprietors remains unchanged.
