Attention Chief Fiscal Officers and MMARS Liaisons: Have you logged into PowerDMS?
CTR rolled out our new document management system for policies, job aids, and resource documents, PowerDMS, to department CFOs and MMARS Liaisons on September 28. As of today, 52 users from 44 departments have logged on.
We encourage all Chief Fiscal Officers and MMARS Liaisons to log on within the next week.
PowerDMS will improve departments’ user experience by:
Providing an advanced search function which will provide users more tailored search results and link directly to relevant CTR Policies and documents.
Facilitating research by making linked documents directly available in a screen side panel.
Highlighting relevant changes and updates when policies are updated or replaced.
Archiving and storing former versions of policies and other documents for ease of comparison.
“This is amazing!” said Jean Clements of the Office of the Child Advocate. “I went straight to interdepartmental business policies and the chargeback details are something I could understand! It is awesome.”
