Fiscal Year Memo FY2021-12C: Requested Actions Rescinded – Potential Federal Government Shutdown
This memo replaces FY2021-12B issued on Wednesday, December 23.
Based upon the action taken by Congress to pass the President to sign the next federal COVID Relief Fund Act that also included a federal budget for the remainder of the federal fiscal year 2021, we are withdrawing our request for state agencies to provide information related to federal funding and its impact on staffing and programs should a federal shutdown occur.
