Mid-Year Open Enrollment Period for the Extended Illness Leave Bank (EILB)

The Mid-Year Open Enrollment period for the Extended Illness Leave Bank (EILB) for new members who did not complete an EILB membership application during the December 2020/January 2021 open enrollment period begins on 6/14/21.

EILB is an optional benefit program intended to provide wage replacement for those employees who would otherwise be without pay during an extended illness. The eligibility requirements are:

OPEN ENROLLMENT & DEADLINES

6/14/21 to 7/30/21: Open enrollment period for new and current members.

8/6/21: Deadline for supervisors to sign off on enrollment forms.

CTR will process the donations by 8/13/21
