Update from Treasury on pulled checks

Due to staffing issues with the Central Mailroom, pulled checks were not available on Monday, March 16, 2020. We apologize for the inconvenience.
In response to a reduction in staffing and trying to limit personal interaction due to COVID-19, Treasury is temporarily eliminating pulled checks. Effective March 18, 2020 and until further notice, pulled checks generated from MMARS will no longer be available for pick up at the Treasury. ALL checks will be mailed to the address on the check. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
This is an opportunity to remind vendors that direct deposit is an option and is far more reliable than receiving paper checks.
Please note, this policy is for MMARS payments only and doesn’t include payroll checks.
