The Office of the Comptroller Solution Desk offers technical assistance and resources for the statewide accounting and financial system (Mosaic), , the CTR Learning Center, PowerDMS, and Docusign for CTR forms.

Solution Desk ServiceNow Portal

Commonwealth employees with a CTR ServiceNow login can open a ticket electronically and access relevant resources in the Solution Desk Knowledge Center.
