Quick Reporting is Critical
The timing of reporting suspicious emails, pop ups or other activity is critical to containing a potential issue. Viruses and other malware can migrate quickly through your network and systems. Reporting is one of the key steps to protect your organization.
ACTION STEPS:
- Review your reporting protocols so staff know how to report and who to report to
- Reinforce the “Pause Verify Report” steps with staff and remind them to report any suspicious activity or pop ups
