The Office of the Comptroller now accepts the Standard Contract Form and the Contractor Authorized Signatory Listing (CASL) Form through DocuSign.
The Office of the Comptroller has employed DocuSign for departments and their vendors to complete and submit forms more efficiently and more quickly.

Acceptance and transmittal of the Standard Contract Form and the Contractor Authorized Signatory Listing are also accepted through Adobe Sign, for departments that have been granted access to Adobe Sign by the Executive Office of Technology and Security Services (EOTSS).
