September 18 at 8:30am: Some VendorWeb payment files temporarily unavailable; PayInfo pay advice for Pay Periods Ending 8/9/2025, 8/23/2025, 9/6/2025 unavailable

VendorWeb: We are aware of an issue preventing vendors from viewing payments that processed on July 31, August 18-28, September 16 and 18.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we resolve this problem. If you are a vendor and require this information, please contact the department with whom you are doing business.

PayInfo: Due to a technical issue, the Office of the Comptroller is unable to load pay advice for pay periods ending 8/9/2025, 8/23/2025, and 9/6/2025 to PayInfo at this time. Retiree information for 8/30/2025 is also unavailable. Employees seeking their pay advice on PayInfo should contact their department payroll director, or log into HR/CMS Self-Service Time and Attendance. We thank you in advance for your understanding. Payments themselves are running as normal. We are working on the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible.
